Senior Software Engineer

Deliverable Expectations

What we expect from you
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture.

Digital Assets Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring that digital assets and transactions adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This role involves conducting audits of digital assets, identifying areas of non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions.
The auditor will also need to stay updated with the latest regulatory changes in the digital asset space and educate the team about the same. Strong analytical skills, understanding of digital assets, and experience in compliance or audit roles are essential.
This role involves reviewing and auditing the company's digital assets and their usage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
- Reviewing digital asset transactions for signs of fraudulent activity.
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Providing training to staff on compliance matters.
- Collaborating with regulatory bodies and ensuring the company is up-to-date with the latest regulations.
- Reporting to senior management and the board of directors on compliance issues and risks.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital assets, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are also essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
